From Fear to Freedom
I'm a medical doctor who walked away from the traditional healthcare system. Not because I stopped caring about health. But because I realized the system itself is what's keeping people sick.

For years I worked within the medical establishment. I saw patients trapped in cycles of symptom management. Medications that never addressed the root cause. Diagnoses that became identities. A paradigm built on the belief that your body is fragile, disease is random, and healing requires external intervention.
And then I had my own health crisis. A heart condition after the COVID vaccine. My colleagues told me I needed surgery or lifelong medication. I refused.
Through my own journey of deep listening and trust, I discovered what the system doesn't want you to know. Your body is designed to heal itself. Not sometimes. Not with the right supplement or protocol. Always. Inherently. At the cellular level.
The problem isn't your body. The problem is what you've been taught to believe about your body. And those beliefs create the very conditions that keep you sick.
Over the last 15 years, I've worked with people across the spectrum. Some with chronic illness. Others functioning fine but knowing there's more available to them. And what I've discovered is this: the root cause is the same for everyone. It's not genetics. It's not bad luck. It's not a deficiency that needs to be supplemented. It's beliefs that create stress. Stress that dysregulates the nervous system. A dysregulated nervous system that keeps cells in survival mode instead of healing mode. And a disconnect from the body's signals that keeps you reliant on external validation instead of your own inner knowing.
When you address those three things, beliefs, nervous system, and embodiment, everything changes.

At the heart of the process, lies the deep embodiment practice that we do together once per week on Zoom. This takes you step by step into deeper safety within your own body, and lays the foundation for healing at a cellular level.
In addition, we look at other factors that are important for your health, such as your sleep and circadian rhythm, physical exercise, nutrition, and relationships for a holistic approach, supporting every aspect of your being throughout the journey.

"But I am safe!", I hear you say. In our modern society, the chances of getting eaten by a lion is very slim, yes. But there are thousands of factors that the body can interpret as danger signals. And they fire of below our conciousness, and keeps the body stuck in a constant low grade stress mode.
