Hello! I am Torunn Lien and I am an intuitive medical doctor.
I use both Western science and my intuition when I create my services for humanity.
In our modern society, I see the increasing disconnection from feeling as the greatest challenge to our health and well-being. I provide a set of accessible and effective tools and practices to support you in reconnecting with your felt sense.
My teachings are based on the four core modalities of embodiment.

What is embodiment?
Your ability to feel what is happening in your body from moment to moment
Your ability to feel the impact of stimuli from your environment
Your ability to stay at the level of sensation
Your ability to feel a sensation as a sensation, without the need to express it, suppress it, analyze it, label it, or judge it

When we notice what is happening in the body...

...the body does not need to get sick before we course correct. We can catch the signals while still subtle. Then the healing journey is shorter and easier than if the disease has come far already.
